StrideFit accepts no liability for any injury occurring as a result of taking part in Group Fitness Bootcamps, Trail Run or Personal Training sessions.

Your instructor is fully insured.

You must complete a health questionnaire before attending. If you have any serious health issues you will need written permission from your health professional.

Correct information will always be provided at all sessions.

If your health changes at any time during your time with StrideFit you must provide information of the details, in writing.

Once your StrideFit Unlimited Monthly Membership or Personal Training programme has begun no refunds will be given.

StrideFit may occasionally take photographs/video footage for marketing purposes.

Unattended Personal Training sessions cannot be rescheduled.

Any personal data collected by StrideFit is used in accordance with UK data protection legislation. StrideFit do not sell, rent, share or disclose Personal Data to third parties.
Group Fitness Bootcamps & Trail Runs

The introductory free Group Fitness Bootcamp session is available to new customers only.

Before your first Group Fitness Bootcamp session must arrive at least 5 minutes before start to complete a physical activity questionnaire and waiver.

StrideFit reserve the right to cancel or reschedule Group Fitness Bootcamp sessions and will publish information on the booking system and Facebook page and make every effort to offer alternatives.

You must arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of your Group Fitness Bootcamp session or your place may be given to those on the waitlist.

Group Fitness sessions may be rescheduled at least 12 hours before their start time using the booking system.

Clients may drop in at a Group Fitness Bootcamps session without pre-booking on the off-chance there is space, however will not be allowed to participate if the session is full.

Sessions run in all weather conditions throughout the year so please make sure you have the correct clothing/footwear for your comfort and personal safety. If you are unsure please contact StrideFit or your instructor, who will be only too glad to give you guidance on what to bring.

Bring water to keep hydrated.

The format of each Group Fitness Bootcamp session starts with a warm up, main work sets followed by cool down and stretching.

Each Group Fitness Bootcamp session is between 45-60 minutes duration.
Personal Training

You will attend a free consultation before the Personal Training package commences, where goals and preferences will be discussed and body measurements taken.

A full 12 hours notice is required if you are unable to attend a pre-booked Personal Training session.

If you schedule a Personal Training session and cancel with less than 12 hours of notice or fail to attend, the session will still be taken off your programme and will not be available for re-booking.

You will complete a health questionnaire before attending the first Personal Training session.

You will receive personalised workouts taking into consideration injuries/medical needs declared.

All Personal Training pack sessions will be booked directly with the trainer.

Unless otherwise organised with the trainer, all PT packages must be used from six months from purchase.
Payment Policy

All StrideFit Unlimited Bootcamp Monthly Memberships must be booked and paid for in advance via the Online Booking System.

All personal training sessions must be paid by bank transfer to StrideFit Limited (enquire for details).

All personal training sessions, workshops and classes follow a 24 hour cancellation policy.

No refunds are issued for memberships, personal training, workshops or events.
