About StrideFit

Hi, I'm Rob Jones (the guy doing press ups in the background) and I set-up StrideFit back in 2011 when I started taking small group training sessions mainly for friends and friends-of-friends at a local park. These obviously hit the spot, because since then the group fitness classes have grown from just one weekly session to seven at three locations plus weekly adventurous trail runs on the Downs.

 

My training sessions tend not to be shouty and drill instructor like, but instead feature a mix of awesome workouts plus motivational fun stuff that gets your fitness well and truly flowing.
